Maintenance please.

We were very disappointed in the lack of maintenance. Mainly the caulking was mostly off around the sink and tub, which made it look terrible. Other then that it was okay. Near lots of restaurants and dud gave a swimming pool.

Cockroaches all over the room. Checked out and split this bad place. Nothing works either...A/C, heater, shower. Not a good place to stay.

Cockroaches in the room, told the desk guy and he said they would process refund. Called booking site, they called hotel and they refused to process refund. Had to send them a picture of the bugs in my room. Not cool.

Retro style hotel near the main strip and walking distance to some great hiking and breakfast spots! This hotel was very convenient for our stay and the staff was very friendly and accomodating. I will definitely consider staying here in the future!

The location is good. A short uber to the downtown area. The room was updated and clean. Its an older property and doesn't have all the bells and whistles of a newer chain hotel. The bed was comfortable and the place was clean.

Great place. Huge value for the price in Palm Springs. Lovely staff. No it's not the Ritz Carlton, but it's all it needs to be and then some. I only stayed there the first time because all my regular higher end places were full. But after that first stay, I've been back 3 times.

The most uncomfortable mattresses ever. Throw them away and buy new ones. The mattresses in the room are probably 20 -30 years old. I woke with the worst back pain each night.

Great value with updated rooms

I was pleasantly surprised by how nice our stay was at this hotel. The room was very recently remodeled, the location was convenient to downtown, and it was perfect for a one night stay as I passed through Palm Springs.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. The room smelled so strongly of something that even my dog didn't want to enter and I got a terrible headache. Room is tiny. Find someplace else to stay.

Like I always say, you get what you pay for. Overall this isn't really a three star hotel but it gets a three star review because of my motto. We needed a place to stay in Palm Springs just for a few hours of sleep so we didn't want to spend a ton of money. This was one of the cheapest options and it served it's purpose. The room was clean and that is all you can really ask for. The bed was super uncomfortable and the headboard would hit the wall if you moved at all. Check in was strange, the entire process was done from behind a window.
