“Booked 2 rooms for my family and I on expedia. After a hours of travelling we tried to check in and were told only 1 room was avilable despite paying for 2 rooms already. My family and I were tired from the trip. The front desk staff were not helpful at all! One of them thought the situation was funny that they overbooked. The others did nothing to try to help us resolve the situation. It was another guest at the hotel that told us we should contact expedia and so we did. Expedia consultant...

“RedDoorz Premium at Villa Beach is amazing property, room are clean and comfortable, a/c and fan, had water complement every day, over-all about the room and facility I highly recommend. No wifi 😔, staffs need to improve their customer service and please I highly recommend to their staffs to trained them how to welcoming the guest with smile.”
