"Very friendly staff did an excellent job making you feel appreciated and valued. Daily bed and towel service was excellent. The breakfast bar included with the stay is great, the cook who made to order omelets was terrific. Her attitude was very friendly considering she was making them non stop for hours. Be sure to tip the breakfast bar attendants and the omelet staff well they deserve it. The breakfast more than makes up for the age of the property."

"This is my second stay at the hotel, and it was great. Good, hot breakfast in the morning. AC's in the room are fantastic. Not sure if the hotel actually reads these: Get another chaffing dish with a rolling cover for your breakfast. Your staff spends their whole time trying to keep the food hot. Weirdly, the hallways weren't air-conditioned? We splurged on a room w a couch. Really needs to have it stream cleaned! It was was just dirty from use. Simple fix. Get the ice machine fixed on the 2nd floor. Or take the signs down. It's been out for awhile. Buttons in Elevator one are really hard to push! Like....really hard. You e been told this by several guests. These are all little things...ell...maybe not the ice machine. Staff was super friendly! I sound picky, but will stay here again! :)"

"We stayed 2 nights here in Lubbock at the Ashmore Inn. We found the room very clean with coffee in the room and shower supplies. The only issues we encountered was not enough cream and sugar packets and a dirty towel was left in the room. Simple mistakes, nothing to deter us from planning another visit here too see our daughter at Tech!"

"I was skeptical after reading the recent reviews but everything was great! No issues with check in, parking garage is close and plenty of parking was available. Yes, you have to pay for parking but thats standard with most higer end hotels downtown. Room was clean and spacious, free snacks and drinks in the room. The free happy hour was great, as was rhe food. I will definitely stay here again."
