"Find someplace else to stay! Room was dirty! Found trash still under the bed. There was trash left in the hallway when we arrived and was still there when we left. Bathtub was not clean and had stains. Wife refused to take a bath in it! Ceiling in the bathroom had a previous leak stain and the repair was horrible. Pool was drained dry so we couldn't use it, but I doubt we would have anyway based on how poorly it looked. Elevator was also broken and the sign on the door looked like it had been there for a while, even though it said "currently working on it". Asked about breakfast options and the Front desk clerk said they MIGHT have items for breakfast but that they were running out of supplies (um, how about order more or kerp up with your inventory). Management really needs to do a better job with this facility."

"In a few words it was a dump. NOTHING WORKED! Only choice was to have the A/C on or off. Doors were hard to open and close—too close to the floor. Stains on every bit of fabric in the room—bedspreads, chairs. Not enough towels and they were pitifully thin. Refrigerator not turned on when we checked in. My husband’s meds had to be refrigerated—the boxes were soaked with water this morning. Little coffee maker placed on the side of the counter with no outlet—had to be scrunched next to the sink with the outlet for the hair dryer. Our room key cards were completely blank. Probably because they were too ashamed to claim it. Top of toilet tank cracked and glued. Wall protector for doorknob completely smashed in and painted over. Bathroom door was almost impossible to open and shut—plus a different color—yellowed. We checked in after a very long drive, arriving at 3:09am. There were drunken idiots that we started hearing by 4am. The cardboard cases that had held the beer was at the top of the dumpster. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone."

"Toilet was running all the time and TV remote could not change channels or increase volume. I was charged extra for early check in and it took forever to get checked in. I was there to attend a funeral and almost missed it."

"Well, I've stayed in a lot of hotels. This hotel need new paint and the carpets are actually dirty. stayed two nights and can't wait to leave the hotel.. I hope the management will change the floor that will help: a lot. I like the fact that they have refrigerator and microwave that's a plus. It need to ne cleaned too."
