“The staff and room were perfect! We’ve been there before, so we expected to have a good experience. My only complaint really is about the pool area. It was so ridiculously hot. It was hard to stay for very long. It felt like walking into a sauna. Instead of staying for a few hours and enjoying the hot tub, we felt like we could only stay about 20 minutes at a time. I noticed other families did the same thing. The smell of chlorine was kind of strong, so the staff opened the outside door. I think...

“For 85 it was perfect. Bed was comfy. Room was clean. Had minimal for breakfast, but you get what you pay for. Would stay here again! ”

“The beds are comfy! Which we really only needed the room to sleep, and weren't spending a whole lot of time in the room itself. However, I will say I don't think it was necessarily the cleanest, or it could have definitely been cleaner on and around the sink area and the shower. The front staff was great and super accomodating! ”

“The toilet would not shut off after a flush until you messed with the handle. The bathroom sink was clogged didn’t know till washed hands and sink filled up. Was told we should have told maintenance when we checked in Sat . Didn’t know there was an issue till after our concert at 2 am and then know one there to do anything for us. ”

“지역적인 요인으로 4G, 5G가 거의 안터지는 것은 불평할 수 없는 것일수도 있습미다만, 그렇다면 WIFI를 잘 해 놓던가 해야 하는 것 아닌가 생각합니다. 양쪽 방법 모두를 한시간쯤 노력하면 페이지 하나 열립니다. 새벽 2시에 이메일 등 업무를 위해 10분 이상 차를 몰고 나가서 남의 주차장에서 벌벙 떨며 휴대폰 통신으로 겨우 일을 처리한 것은 추억으로 남겨야 겠습니다”

“Nice hotel…but…we had ants in our bathroom and what we assume was blood on our comforter. Need more people at the front desk. The poor woman was running all around getting things for people and line was backed up a lot. Felt bad for her. Pizza restaurant was very good and responsibly priced but very slow. ”
