“Lovely stay. Could look at the view from my apartment all day. Staff were lovely, breakfast delicious and the plentiful supply of veg from the garden made a amazing salads. The kids loved the pool overlooking the lake. Very relaxing with a good book. You do need a car and there isnt anything within walking distance. But Salo town is 5 minutes away, with delicious gelato, bars and restaurants. ”

“This was a grand Villa, whch turned into a hotel in 1960. Everything is updated and beautiful. The grounds are gorgeous. Staff is wonderful. We loved our room. All was wonderful and I highly recommend. Just know that there is a 7 minute walk to the beginning of Salo's passeggiata.”

“Amazing stay at Hotel Villa Dirce. Fantastic place, fabulous views over the lake and great staff. We were made to feel welcome as soon as we arrived right to the end. Nothing was too much trouble. Such a nice place to spend a week with the family. Easy walk into Limone and boats to other areas on the Lake. Would 100% recommend!”
