“Received excellent customer service, on family-owned and -run, vacation property. The villa resembles a castle on the exterior. Interior is spacious, and spotless. Great Room is , decorated with quirky items, such as a chair & footstool, both with the British flag; vinyl records with an actual player, and a fireplace.
