Dirty we ask for Lundy machine and staff said it was broken for 6 months we were told it was easy to just look for one outside close to the hotel and the roof in our room had lots of water stains carpet ripped and dirty something but my son in his back just wanted to leave

The rudest staff I’ve ever seen, they gave me the wrong room and the internet is horrible.. there real as was to kick me out? I didn’t scream or yell.. I was lied to and they decided to kick me out for speaking up.
