“The Hotel Is Near Kings Dominion, so place is good. I have to pay in Dennis for the breakfast, because Hotel doesn't have the free breakfast. Dennis is good place but need my money for that. Even for that, II will visit again. *^^*”

“I’ve stayed at this hotel twice. My most recent time staying here was for 5 nights. They said every 3 days, housekeeping will come. I received a text that housekeeping would come by my room but when i got back to the room later that evening, they never came. It was an easy fix of going downstairs to ask the front desk for a fresh set of towels but a little inconvenient that the room didn’t get freshened up. I love the breakfast and coffee in the mornings though!”

“The electricity on the headboard kept going on and off and the alarm clock keeping beeping because of this. When I tried to unplug the headboard and replug it the outlet started sparking. There was no maintenance on hand. We could not sleep because we felt unsafe and the beep annoyed us all night. The front desk wasn't much help and didn't even offer to change our room to another one. The next morning, I complained to the front desk, and they just wrote a report. I informed them I was going...

“It was a good room but there was lots of trouble unlocking the door. Either the key or the lock itself had issues because it took 2 mins. to unlock the door when it should only take a few seconds. It's one thing I would suggest updating. Otherwise the room was great aside from the tv not working. Great lighting in the room and in the bathroom.”

“The property is very outdated and not somewhere I would choose to stay again. It feels worn, unkempt, and overall not well-maintained. I also didn’t feel it was the safest setup for children, being located right off a major highway with exterior room entrances. While the staff was friendly and accommodating during our late check-in, the overall condition of the property just wasn’t it.”

“Second stay there a week apart and the breakfast was not very good. Eggs not kept at temperature, oatmeal was watery and cold. Fruit was beyond ripe.”
