“Very disappointing stay. Strong marijuana smell in the hallways 24/7. Room had multiple issues: sink wouldn’t drain (almost overflowed just washing my face), and the closet smelled like urine. Elevators were extremely slow, and WiFi was unusable—I had to rely on my phone hotspot. Overall, the hotel needs serious improvements in cleanliness, maintenance, and basic guest experience. It’s sad because you can tell at one time, the property was probably gorgeous!”

“Staff was great...the room had issues. Toilet seat broken, shower doors do not stay closed when showering, microwave operation was difficult might need directions, shower handle to operate water came off and weird noise after using sink/toilet kept us up.”

“Not the worst but not the best. The whole place smelled like sewage for the entire stay and felt like the air quality wasnt the best. The staff was nice and greeted us. Wish that cleaning staff came more often. If you need a quick place to stay for one night only, its not bad. Facilities needs some updates and care to it. Maybe just air out all of the rooms”
