"Great location right off the I-95 and close proximity to amenities. Easy check-in; friendly, courteous employees. Clean exterior, grounds and parking area. Large room with king bed (very comfortable), sofa, and small fridge and microwave. Large, clean bathroom. Clean dining area and good hot breakfast. Would stay here again."

"Non smoking room clearly had been smoked in. Water was quite brown for some time when we first turned water on. Smoke detector has been removed from the room. Deadbolt on the door did not work. Safety lock (either a chain or a locking bar) had been removed from the door. There were no towels in the room when we arrived. There was no coffee in the room when we arrived. "

Renovations were being done to the building our room was in, so there were a few issues: no working ice machine, little things missing like the hook on bathroom door, room had an industrial smell when we first checked in (we bought an air freshener to get rid of it), the ceiling over the bathtub started leaking the second night, the grout hadn't been wiped off between the bathtub wall tile. "Nice place, recently renovated, rooms were in good condition. Staff were mixed between good and bad. Whoever manages this place likely needs to spend more time with the staff. Front desk specifically. Elevators were terrible. At one point both were out, used the stairs, not a big deal, but annoying they know it’s a problem and just live with it. The staff mentioned it’s been like that for a while. Giving a decent rating as the rooms are what mattered to me for staying one night, but not sure I’d want to be there much longer. "
