"We thoroughly enjoyed the hotel. It's location is unbeatable: walking distance to St Francis parish for daily prayer in Adoration chapel & daily Mass, walking distance to the best shopping/dining options in Shangri-La & SM Megamall. Fast internet & very easy to book Grab. Hotel staff are professional, courteous, and will go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. During our check-out, I accidentally left one of my suitcases. The front desk staff tried to contact me ASAP, calling me 11 times. Finally, I was able to see the message & arranged for the suitcase to be picked up as we headed to airport. Thank you so much, you truly saved the day!!! "

" We are so pleased with our stay In Holiday Inn Galleria. We enjoyed the comfortable king size beds for our family of four. I just wish the pillows are firmer The housekeeping is great, the front desk stuff is very helpful and also the concierge are awesome. The buffet is also great. A variety of different dishes from breakfast to brunch. Zachary help us a lot and very accommodating. I think he deserves a raise/bonus. We also like the fact the it's connected to the mall. Very convenient. We are definitely going to come back and stay here next time we go back home again for vacation. I will highly recommend this Hotel to our friends and family that are going home for a visit. So bye for now until we go home again next time hopefully sooner than later. Thanks for being such a great place to stay and relax. "

"Stayed for few days in Astoria 2 BR suite with family. The suite is quite spacious and comfortable and clean. The entire staff were all very courteous and welcoming. SPECIAL THANKS to the hotel manager MS. BON for quickly resolving the booking misunderstanding with Expedia. She truly heard and promptly resolved our concern and even gave us rice cake “bibingka” on our last day! Will definitely come back and recommend this place to family and friends! "

"I was pleasantly surprised upon check in that I had been upgraded to a larger suite. Easy walking distance to MegaMall and Podium mall. There were a couple of convenience stores, Lawson and 7-11 just steps from the hotel. Staff provided excellent service. Will definitely stay again"

"It was very clean and spacious. The bed is comfortable, bathroom is clean and included all needed basics (toothbrush, toothpaste, cotton buds), shampoo, soap. Towels are clean, white, and smell fresh. Ortigas is a very busy city, so it's not quiet, you can hear sounds of cars and horns, but tolerable. The breakfast had a good selection of food. Staff are very friendly and polite. Philippine hospitality is number 1!!!!!"
