“The property is very run down and outdated. Room was not that clean either. The service from staff was subpar. I booked this place because it said it included free airport shuttle. When I arrived, the front desk guy tells me the last shuttle from hotel to airport was at 1:15pm and I would beed to pay for a taxi to get to the airport. I couldn’t wait to leave. Best if guests book the Homewood Hilton Suites just down the road from this hotel, which is new, clean and airport shuttle runs for free...
