The food was terrible all halal they cater for muslims only! The dress hanging space was tiny; for menโs pants & shirts only impossible for womenโs dresses, also made even smaller by the safeโฆNo bedside clock/alarmโฆToilet kept blocking every time it was used & I had to put a robe on & walk all the way down the hall to the nearest toiletโฆThe desk staff mostly do not understand English so very difficult to get them to understand you over the phone when you call for help. I paid for the best room (pool access) which was costly & expected the best & had to insist the toilet be fixed once & for all, I had to insist they bring a portable hanging clothes horse for dresses, I had to insist on bacon with my breakfastโฆ.Who needs all of that drama when you go on a holiday!? It was a nightmare
