"Everything about Royal Cliff is absolutely stunning. The views are unbeatable, the pool is beautiful and the service is amazing. My ONE complaint that would prevent me from staying again was the fact that I was moved twice due to a mildew smell in the room and every single room (even the one i stayed in for a week) had this awful STRONG odor of mildew. Everything else was phenomenal but the smell truly was a problem. Staff were kind and helpful but there didn’t seem to be a real solution to this...

"Amazing location. Having 360 degrees of unrestricted sea view. However, hygiene issue is definitely a concern as the hotel show some age with its wooden furniture, bed edges, There was small insects at one of the bed pillow one day during our stay. Washroom wise, Wonderful and generous size of the bath tub. Not sure why the toilet roll was positioned above the bin (the toilet paper easily slides down). Breakfast is server with either indoor or outdoor. Menu is quite limited as we stay for 6...

"The hotel has everything for kids and restaurants are nearby in abundance. The sea at the time we were there (April) wasn’t super Thailand like clean. Found it strange that the hotel bar was empty and not showing any sports on the tv. It needs an update and you could see signs of it having been empty during Covid. Staff were friendly, apart from when we asked for sports coverage in the then empty bar for the kids to watch. "

"Wonderful place - they don’t build hotels like this anymore. Impressive lobby with huge waterfall and green area with kois. Plenty of free parking spots and an impressive drive to the entrance area through a park with dinosaur statues. Terminal 21 Mall is at a walking distance if you’re looking for cheaper food than what the hotel offers. Several pools surrounding the hotel and even a beach which isn’t private but separated from other beaches because there is a rocky area. This place exceeded...
