“Dingy, dirty, hot. room smelt like a mix of sweat and chlorine. Given a room right above the water park. Very outdated. No breakfast provided even though booking said breakfast. Waterpark is grimey. outdoor pool aging and murky water. Said beach access right across the street but its not. Location is convenient in the main downtown area. Overall not worth the money and lots of false advertising. Not even remotely close to the experience I thought we had booked”

“It was an okay hotel it served its purpose. We stayed 2 nights. My room was clean, but the hallways are dark and dingy pretty outdated, it’s a little eerie and hallway has a weird smell. I had a balcony but the balcony had cobwebs all over and felt kinda gross we didn’t end up sitting on the balcony at all it needed wiped down all over. I cannot assure you, the bedsheets were washed as the sheets were quite wrinkled and there were dead bugs. The comforter on the bed was visibly dirty as well. “The chalet was filthy. The carpets needed cleaning and vacuumed. We had no toilet paper. There was nasty curly hair in the shower and the bathroom was just a filthy mess. The outdoor swimming pool looked like it needed some chemicals, but the inside watermark and pool was nice. The location was great and close to everything we needed.”

“The pool and hot tub were nice. The room was very handy since it had a second room with 2 more beds, something great with 2 adults a d 4 kids. Breakfast was okay only a little sparce. Property would be suited well with getting a drain field put in so the immediate area and parking lot doesn't flood.”
