“This property was great. Communication was great and I always got quick responses. Loved the apartment. It was clean and had everything I needed. The only thing I had trouble with was the process of finding the key and locating the room. The whole process was a bit confusing, a the key box is in a completely different building from the apartment and the buildings are not super clearly marked. I do feel that the company did its best with an outline of how to find everything which incuded photos....

We were debating between this hotel and one that was $50 cheaper without a pool and decided to book this one with the pool just in case we had time to swim. We were thoroughly impressed with the quality of the entire experience and look forward to returning for our future trips to Pittsburgh.”

“The hotel was nice overall and the view of the Ohio River was great. I had a food delivery problem. The driver said they gave it to the front desk but the desk did not have it. Also they will not bring deliveries up so you have to pick them up yourself. It was a bit inconvenient. ”
