Returned to stay after trying other places and remembered why it is such a good place to stay - especially for business. Rooms are adequate - a bit aged but comfortable - beds are comfortable and parking is great. Can walk to any number of restaurants and hotels nearby. Top Spot.

Had a fantastic location walking distance to Northbridge & the city. The staff were lovely & really helpful. The apartment was very well equipped, clean & tidy. The most comfortable bed & enjoyed having a bath. Fantastic value for money. Will definitely stay again!

Nice location and affordable rent, perfect hotel if you like cook and do your own laundry. If you are looking for some luxury experience, here are not your best choice:) definitely will go back again when I visit Perth next time.

Staff were very helpful - unpacking our online order for us as we were arriving in the early hours of the morning. Check in outside of reception hours was easy and stress-free. Some minor maintenance needed to apartment, as well as things like providing oven trays would be amazing, but overall we enjoyed our stay.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Convenient lift from basement to reach the floorwe stay. Spacious. Washer and dryer good for us as we have long vacation. Very convenient. Full kitchen which is superb. Great TV.

Property was good once you were in the room. The corridors and other areas not so appealing. Area around is good with lots of dining options, but a big party area and it seems a lot of the people who stay here enjoy a party and love to make noise in the courtyard downstairs at all hours of the night. Other than that it was ok, but I'll be looking around next time. Staff were good and nothing was a problem for them which saves the property.

The property is very old, need to renovation ASAP. Bathroom is very old, rusty, the title need to change. Beds are very soft . Blanket are very old. Some of the lights is not working. Need to change or new paint. Living room is very dark.I rent 3 bedrooms, if you need to rent 3 bedroom should think about it first, the 3 bedroom without door and in the 2 floor, it is hard to walk up. Only location is ok.

A lot of things are not functional in this property: - We were a party of 5, we were given only 2 beds. When inquiring they questioned whether we had booked the wrong number of people.... No it was your own mistake. They brought in an extra roller bed within the hour. - Lifts are very old. There is no ventilation in the lifts - The fan in the bathroom was not operational - Reception was supposed to open until 5pm. We arrived at 4:45pm and the receptionist was gone already. We had to check in 'late' as a result. The only good thing about the property is the location: many restaurants and cafes and close to the CBD.

Comfortable stay

2nd time we stayed, very friendly staff, building is old but everything works and is functional. The pool area has been restored so feel new and fresh. Location is perfect and close to everything.
