"We stayed for two nights. The room was good but we noticed a moldy smell coming from the bed. The smell was coming be from the duvet or the mattress but could be the wall by the bed. Swimming pool lockers need upgrading , I couldn’t open the locker as the loch was so old . But the gym and marina was good and updated and modernized"

"Lovely hidden gem, staff were all very nice . Afternoon tea was great value for money with great selection of food (alcohol optional) Walk into town only 10 mins away (could be doing with better signs to find your way back) Lodge with hot tub - amazing - clean property could be doing with a little TLC but didn’t not spoil the experience."

"I gifted a 2 night stay for my dad and his partner, they stayed in superior double room, they had a lovely time, said the bed was large and comfie and bathroom was a great size, the extra touches with shampoo, conditioner and shower gel was lovely, they really enjoyed their breakfast, plenty of choice on the buffet and the hot food was hot, they also said they enjoyed their evening meal in the restaurant, great sized portions, evening entertainment was a bonus, staff were lovely, very friendly, well done mackays thanks for making their stay so enjoyable,"
