“Had a wonderful experience here. I was able to spend time at the spa and enjoyed an Andean Massage with Jessica. She was calming and the message technique was very good. Had a lovely chapel on site, available to offer up a prayer. Julio at the front desk took excellent care of us and staff went over and above. Service was outstanding. Food was delicious. Made for an amazing relaxing visit. Thank you... Gracious! Definitely 5 stars all the way.”

“적은 부티크 호텔로 너무나도 예쁘게 잘 꾸며져 있었습니다. EARLY CHECK IN 과 공항 택시 연결이 너무 좋았고 특별히 프론트 여직원(이름 기억이 안남) 이 너무나 친절하게 안내해 주어서 기분이 좋았습니다 아침도 조식도 훌륭했습니다 다만 룸이 좀 추웠습니다 쿠스코에서 비교적 고지대에 위치해 호텔에 올라갈 때 좀 힘이 들었습니다”

“This hotel is far from the main street, no shops around. They don't have luxurious suites. But still, I think five stars are not enough for them. I was so happy with my stay, and my only complain here is that they set up my standard of hotel front staffs so high, that I would not be easily satisfied later on. When I come back to this hotel, staffs always greets me and ask how my day was, and what do I need for next day, like boxed meals, taxi reservation, morning call for early tour, and so on....

“Staff were friendly and helpful - although several of my tours happened at weird early hours and I did not always see desk staff around so I am not sure about the 24/7 detail. Aesthetically it’s charming and authentic, looks just like the photos. Some of my room and bathroom fixtures were a bit worn, but all fully functional.
