“적은 부티크 호텔로 너무나도 예쁘게 잘 꾸며져 있었습니다. EARLY CHECK IN 과 공항 택시 연결이 너무 좋았고 특별히 프론트 여직원(이름 기억이 안남) 이 너무나 친절하게 안내해 주어서 기분이 좋았습니다 아침도 조식도 훌륭했습니다 다만 룸이 좀 추웠습니다 쿠스코에서 비교적 고지대에 위치해 호텔에 올라갈 때 좀 힘이 들었습니다”

“Great getaway in Urubamba, Peru. Great place if you want to explore Moray, Maras, Chinchero ruins or plan a trip to Ollantaytambo. Be advised that it's about 2 hours from Cusco. Great staff, decor, amenities and hospitality. Gianalberto and Yordan in the restaurant area take special care of any requests that you might have. The spa is quite unique as well.”

“From the outside this property is unassuming. Once you enter, it’s a whole other world. The staff were friendly and Juanita’s brownies hit the spot. The hotel is quaint and unique. The staff provided an early morning snack to go for our early tour departure. They held luggage for other travelers as well. The location is within a walking distance of the main square, restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend!”

“This hotel is far from the main street, no shops around. They don't have luxurious suites. But still, I think five stars are not enough for them. I was so happy with my stay, and my only complain here is that they set up my standard of hotel front staffs so high, that I would not be easily satisfied later on. When I come back to this hotel, staffs always greets me and ask how my day was, and what do I need for next day, like boxed meals, taxi reservation, morning call for early tour, and so on....
