“Excellent accommodation in the heart of Venice. We were in a family suite with heaps of room and access to all amenities. We were on the 4th floor but lucky enough to have a lift up to our apartment. Absolutely loved our first time stay in Venice.”

“We loved the room! It was very nice, the rooftop so perfect. Be prepared to climb steep stairs to get to lobby and rooms. Very worth it”

“Our stay at San Polo was spectacular! The apartment was beautiful, tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. It really felt like a home away from home. Our host was wonderful and went out of her way to help us with our check-in, even though we arrived much later than expected. We had originally planned to arrive around 11 PM, but ended up getting there at 12:30 AM, and she was incredibly kind and accommodating. We were traveling as a family with my wife and our two...

“Our stay at this bed and breakfast was absolutely wonderful. Paolo and his wife provided world-class service from beginning to end. They were incredibly attentive, kind, and helpful. They always answered my phone calls and texts quickly and took the time to answer every question I had. The room was perfect—beautifully decorated with a lovely European style, extremely clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything you could possibly need and more. The breakfast was fantastic! There were so...

“The service was excellent and the staff were very kind. The breakfast was truly wonderful. The only downside was the lack of transportation provided by the hotel — we had to either walk or take a public boat to get to St. Mark’s Square, which was quite far and tiring. However, the hotel itself was very nice.”

“Incredible customer service. Everyone working reception was extremely nice and helpful.”

Thank you, Andrea! :)”

“Our party of two couples stayed here for three nights. Location: The location is perfect! The property entrance is only a few steps from the Rialto ferry/vaporetto stop with direct water taxi access. It is very close to the Rialto Bridge and within a few minutes' walk of many good restaurants. Service: Outstanding! Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. When they ask if you need help with your bags, say YES. It seems that getting help with luggage in Venice is anticipated and...
