"The property is being renovated. I would suggest not staying there until they are done."

"Things were either robbed or thrown away from our room and we immediately booked another hotel. Front desk acted like it was not a big deal at all. Will not stay here again. If I was not leaving the next day I would of filed a police report."

Although I followed up with the staff twice during my stay, the issue remained unresolved until Expedia’s customer service intervened to process my refund. I now know that Expedia provides excellent support for such troubles."

"Great customer service and very interactive staff. Save for them, our stay might have been worse. The bed was the issue for us-sunken and made our backs hurt. My husband was not feeling well so he ended up sleeping on the couch all three nights. We were grateful for that option. "
