“I needed two rooms at the last minute and this place was budget-friendly, clean, and the staff was great. They also had great options for breakfast and it was in a good l9cation.”

“We booked online through hotels.come. When we got there to check in the door was locked and no one would answer the door or phone. We tried for over an hour to get someone to come to the door. We called the main hotel number but was told they couldn't help us. Hotel.com tried to contact them as well with no luck. They ended up having to move us to another hotel.”

“Still very confused about payment process. Host asked me to send additional money on weird sources. But stay was great!”

“This was a last minute one night day, so I was grateful that the hotel had availability. However, our non-smoking room smelled of thick smoke, the linens did not smell fresh and actually the towel looked so soiled the tank of the toilet was sitting a skew. Our smoke detector was on attached.I did not feel comfortable sleeping in the room. The hotel they give us fresh towels and linens to change our bedding. ”

“Once the people above us finally settled down for the night, it was so quiet & wonderfully dark in our room. However, the first morning, we awoke for Spring 2026 HPMKT to zero power in our room! My daughter & I got ready in the dark & the front desk clerk simply added us to the list & said, Well, we don’t have anyone around, so we’ll see…. Not my idea of customer care. ”

“The room was not very clean and there was hair all in the bed. The place is not very well lit at night and is kind of scary with people hanging out outside and it being dark. The curtains didnt close good so you could see in. ”

“My experience at this hotel was fantastic. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating from the moment we arrived. They even allowed us to check in early, which was a huge plus. The hotel itself was great, and it was conveniently located.”

“We emjoyed our stay. Hotel was conveniently located, front desk staff was friendly and helpful, and the hotel is clean and well maintained. Our beds were comfortable and the sheets/pillows/towels were good quality, which sometimes isn’t the case in older hotels like this. Knocked off one star because of mildew on our shower walls which should have been addressed but otherwise our room and the hotel itself felt very clean.”

“This is the cutest Victorian Inn. The concierge was super nice and we even got an invite to “social hour” with complimentary glass of wine or beer. If we didn’t move into town I would stay there every time we came to town. Oh and the cat that roams the place is adorable!”
