“It was a big hassle checking in. Lobby receptionist doesnt know about my booking via hotels. Com. I even contacted Juan via hotels.com chat but had a miscommunication as well. I called the property contact person and was able to Answer me after 45 minutes. Finally, Mac (care taker) came and checked us in. He is very Nice and apologetic. Room needs to Be sprayed because there are small Cockroaches and ants. The faucet needs to Be fixed. Also The aircon is leaking from The bedroom. I Love their...
