โConveniently located from the airport bus (747) stop --- less than 100m. Hotels staffs are kind to the guests. European style breakfast is good and rooms have facilities for cooking. However, the facility is somewhat old and the toilet lid keeps falling down on its own. I had to use tape to hold it.โ
โIt is an outstanding hotel. Fabulous finishes, pristine, new rooms. Great location and very walkable. Good gym and skilled spa professionals. Overall - nearly flawless.
Two suggestions. First, change the red dirty carpet leading to the bar โ it is the first thing people see about the hotel, and it is disappointing. Second, ask staff to pay a bit lore attention to restocking tea/coffee. It was not always done. โ
โThe room was huge compared to other hotels in metropolitan cities. Condition and service of the hotel was great for the price. Complimentary breakfast was okay but wish they had better(payable)breakfast service. The hotel's very close to McGill university.โ
โStaff was so amazing. Any request was taken care of. Everyone went above and beyond for us and made this stay so memorable and remarkable. Room was amazing. The property beautiful the restaurants fantastic. Best service of all time. โ
โLocation wonderful. Hotel is in the middle of old Montreal within walking distance of restaurants and shopping. We ate at Gasparโs one of the restaurants onsite. Food was delicious and the atmosphere lively. The hotel staff could not have been more helpful or friendly. Uber pickups were 2 minutes or less at the hotelโs location. โ

โLOVED our stay at Sonder! The apartment was spacious with a full kitchen. All needs were met - dishpods, laundry detergent. There is an extra supply locker in the lobby for any additional needs. The space was absolutely gorgeous. AC blows cold air that was refreshing after a hot day walking Old Montreal. They provided earplug incase you needed them but it was very quiet at night. We didn't need them. In unit washer/dryer, extra deep bathtub, separate walk-in shower - all perfect! Located right...
โExcellent location. The most friendly and helpful staff ever. There are 3 steps going into the hotel if you are mobility challenged, but good elevator once in. The breakfast area is also down some steps.
Getting there was an issue because taxi and uber can't drive within blocks of this hotel due to road renovation. Have to drag your luggage over pads, steel pads, and gravel to get to the hotel. The hotel does have a taxi service that will come get your luggage and help you get to the taxi...
