"Wendy, at the front desk, really made our trip so pleasant and memorable! She was so personable and went out of her way to help us with any questions. You can always ask if you need more towels, coffee, or a room refresh. The room was extremely quietwhich as a light sleeper. I appreciated. The hotel is in a mall so it is so easy to run over to Whole Foods or Trader Joe’s if you need any snacks. And there are great restaurants also within a two minute walk- so the location is perfect! It was 12 minute drive to the airport during rush-hour. It’s North of the city so easy to hop on the highway to go up to Sedona or head east to Lake Saguaro."

"It was my second (three-night-long) stay there already and both times over the years, all was great. Very easy parking off the street, cute patio, fresh, clean and modern interiors. Will be back!"

"The property is undergoing renovations which will be very nice. Our room was a renovated room but was not cleaned or restocked (empty showers products and no linens for the pull out bed) the way we have experienced during previous stays. The previous guests left clothes in the drawers that were not cleaned out. While we still had a great time at the water park many of the lounge chairs were removed and or broken. The water stations were also not refilled."

"We enjoyed everything at the hotel. Breakfast was good, hotel staff were great. The only thing was we did not care for was the “barn door” style on the bathroom. It did not give us good privacy. Plus there was no soap dispenser in the shower area, just shampoo and conditioner. Other than that, the place was great! "

"No full breakfast just a coffee bar (it should state this in the description for the hotel). Pool was ok but lots of leaves and leftover towels. A front desk clerk was more busy with phone calls and I asked but couldn't get any pillows. Only two towels for eight people in a room. "
