"This property is absolutely terrific. Ariana the manager is fabulous, she is on top of everything. We had a beautiful room overlooking the lake. Truly an incredible property. Truly can not say enough wonderful things about the Palazzo and Ariana."

"Staff was excellent, building was in a fantastic location, Babayaga next door was a great spot for a quick bite. Only downside was the price but seemed on par with everything else on the island, so with that said I’d take this over some of the other offerings all things considered."
