Dont know the name of the staff but, the lady at the arrival day gave my boy the present and she brought our suitcase to the room.
For the breakfast, the staff were fantastic. Although we dropped the cup and the cup was brkoen, they friendly made us relaxed.
I will take my mother and father in law and my mom in July.

โThis was a lucky and incredible find!! Summer in Lake Como is very busy and I was lucky to find this beautiful hotel. The location, Tremezzo is perfect. You are walking distance to bars and restaurants and importantly a stones throw from a bus stop and ferry stop. The owners and staff are kind and very welcoming. โThe USP of this property is the amazing view down to Lago di Lugano across into Switzerland. There is also the interesting story about the old funicular railway to the rear of the hotel which closed in 1977 but may be refurbished and reinstated if funds can be secured.
It is a rural location, about 20 mins walk from the nearby town of Lanzo d'Intelvi and the bus service from Como drops you about 400m from the hotel reception if you aren't driving.

โMy wife and I enjoyed staying at this hotel. The views were great! Just a tip...you need to reserve restaurant dinners several days in advance as they fill up quickly for local restaurants in the immediate area. The location of this hotel is not far from Bellagio but the ferry to Lezzeno ends earlier than other ferries so you need to plan accordingly or drive to Bellagio.โ
โDaniel was just amazing and the property has been very thoughtfully managed. Pool is immaculate. Location is just excellent and central to Bellagio. Only point of feedback would be the mattress in the bed being a little more comfortable. We will be back!โ
โI the mountains towering Lake Como we found a great *** Hotel to spend the night in the cooler area or northern Italy. Excellent restaurants nearby and the Villa is just what we were looking for to spend the night before traveling on to Swiss.

โThe Hotel was great. Our room was better than expected. The property is right across the road from the lake and adjacent to the Menaggio Piazza. It is just lovely with a cute restaurant and options all around. Very romantic setting โ
