“We stayed in the most extraordinary room I have ever seen. All four windows overlooked the rooftops of Bologna. The light at all hours was like a painting. The remote control shades gave you control of the amount of light you experienced. It was complely private but you could see the cathedrals and towers unobstructed.
The staff was minimal but very helpful and gracious. The linens were clean and high quality. An extraordinary place.”

My check in was a little complicated because i had 2 trains cancelled and missed the host but i have to say communication was very good despite that and after brief confusion i was soon in my room.
