"I don’t know where to start!! The resort is beautiful! The entire staff was accommodating and excited to be of service. From the moment I pulled out n front of the door Luis was kind and exceptional. Brandon and Dillon handled the reservation and welcome package. Oscar the kitchen/restaurant manager made the comfortable and he made sure every room service order was of high standard. This is not a resort, it should be labeled a retreat. Beautiful waterfalls sprawl the property. There are trails to explore all over. Last but not least, this place is best known for for its renown spa named Ayura. The masseuse hands were graced by angels. For couples if this place don’t get the spark going nothing will. Gorgeous views everywhere you look. Three swimming pools but the sunset pool is the star of the show."

This beautiful retreat is secluded, peaceful, and truly feels like a place to disconnect from the outside world and reconnect with yourself. The food is amazing, the people are wonderful, and there are so many opportunities to nourish both body and soul. They offer a variety of yoga classes, sound healing, hikes, and advanced treatments and therapies. Because this is a very small resort, it has a wonderfully intimate, family like atmosphere. The staff is absolutely incredible, warm, caring, and genuinely attentive. Shout out to Edmond & Lisbeth for the warm reception and deep conversations, to Carlos that made sure everyone is training their most important muscle: your smile 😊 and to all the wonderful staff members serving the nourishing meals to name a few: Andres, Juan, Karina, Pablo!! I’m leaving feeling grateful, renewed, and already wishing I could come back soon. ❤️🌴"

"We had a great stay at Valle Escondido. Our room was very clean and the view was great. We got to see a lot of wildlife right by the building we were in because the resort was less busy in the rainy season, and we got lucky with the weather. We really enjoyed our night hike on the trails on the property - only wish it were longer! Overall, a great stay. Food was good although variety is a bit limited in the off season."
