The convenience to get to eating, dining, and all the other places of interest around the city is unparalleled—everything you could want to see or do is within easy walking distance. This saved so much time and made exploring the city incredibly easy. Beyond the perfect location, the service was excellent from start to finish. The staff were extremely friendly, attentive, helpful, and highly accommodating throughout my entire trip. They genuinely went out of their way to ensure I had a comfortable stay. I must give special thanks to a few individuals who truly made a difference: Shediah, Shelsie, Mickiesha, and Nissandro. Each of them helped me out every step of the way with a kind word, a helpful suggestion, or just ensuring a smooth experience. I am truly grateful for their professionalism and warmth. This is a fantastic property for anyone looking for convenience and top-tier hospitality. "

"My wife and I were exploring areas less traveled and came across curaçao and Expedia listed the Art hotel at a good price with excellent looking photos. I was skeptical on the property at first but once we arrived it was better than the photos, we indulged for a week and really fell in love with the property. The fine dining experience at lemon tree and the service at lemon beach were top notch. Do yourself a favor book this location, relax and enjoy a parchita yu cocktail. "

"The location of the property is excellent as it is right in the heart of Punda. The property has recently been refurbished and is a nice space, size and clean. The bathroom is excellent. There are a few things that could have improved my stay. There is no lighting in the stairwell to the door and is difficult to see. It feels like the property is not quite fully finished and just needs a finishing touch and then it would be perfect. I did have a mishap of being given directions to the wrong apartment by the agent which resulted in being at the wrong apartment first. This then coat me £30 in call charges having to ring the emergency number explaining what had happened. All was fine in the end when I was directed to the correct apartment and an apology was given to me. It would have been 5 star if these few issues hasn't happened. "

"My husband and I were impressed with everything about our stay at BijBlauw. We have never encountered such friendly, caring, helpful, service-oriented staff anywhere else in our travels. The waterfront restaurant is simply stunning. Waking up to breakfast on the sea was the absolute best! Followed closely by ending the day with a cocktail while watching the sun set. I have some food allergies, but that was never a problem during any of our meals. Staff were always happy to let the chef know about my dietary restrictions. Once they were aware, they always remembered what I could or couldn't eat. I found that to be very reassuring. We stayed in room #6 on the second floor. Just beware, there are no elevators here, but there are rooms on the main floor. While the hotel itself was extremely warm, our room was a nice, cool refuge from the heat. It was also very quiet, which allowed for a restful night's sleep. The location was great, too! Even though we had a car, we could easily walk to so many other neat places in Pietermaai, Punda, and Otrabanda. This place is about as lovely as can be! Our stay in Curacao was delightful, thanks in large part to the kind staff and gracious hospitality at BijBlauw. We hope to return someday!"
