“We were disappointed that the Hampton Shuttle at the airport did not go to the Loop. Breakfast was mostly good. Had to wait 10+ minutes for more scrambled eggs one morning. Not used to paying so much for Hampton Inns, but that's what the market can bear, I guess. Front disk staff mostly knowledgeable and friendly. The map offered of downtown Chicago was horrible. I need a good paper map that shows up close with all the attractions the I can hold it in my hand, not on my phone.”
