“Before booking I asked if the pool was open. Nothing was said about a limit of swimmers. The pool was completely vacant. My room key stopped working. I had to go to the office. I was told next time if I booked that my room I had only allowed 2 swimmers. That my ID would be blocked from booking again, if more swimmers were present. Debris was on the bottom of the pool. Broken pool noodles in the pool and floatation blow up device. Dirty towels left on the table, trash on another table with shoes...

“Under renovation was not informed prior to booking. Room was unacceptable but neither management or Expedia were interested in helping. Toilet was broken and ran constantly making noise and causing the room to be damp and smell bad. Dead roaches seen in the hall that were just left along with other renovation debris.”

“The whole place looks well kept and up to date. The room was comfortable and roomy. Hot water, good pressure and hot coffee. Well stay again.”

“The facility and stay were excellent. The staff was helpful even helping us overcome Expedias screw up and not having a reservation available. Expedias call center said it takes 24 hours to process a reservation and did not notify me of this. We tried to check-in with an Expedia reservation at 22 hours The call center was difficult to deal with”
