โThe room was huge compared to other hotels in metropolitan cities. Condition and service of the hotel was great for the price. Complimentary breakfast was okay but wish they had better(payable)breakfast service. The hotel's very close to McGill university.โ

โAfter an early morning flight, we arrive tired but my wife and I were quickly cheered up by a warm greeting from Marcy. Our room was ready even though we were a couple of hours early. All the staff were cheerful and helpful with ideas on where to eat and how to get to the subway. Great location to explore Old Montreal.โ

โOur stay was great! The staff at the front desk were terrific. Front lobby and bar were comfortable and welcoming. Parking was easy in the underground lot, which is clean and brightly lit. I also liked that the garage was secure. The room was newly renovated, clean and the beds were so comfortable! There is a room on each floor with an ice machine, and a locker with extra towels, bedding and some toiletries. This was so helpful for when we needed extra towels. No need to call housekeeping!...
โI spent one night with my two kids. It was for my boy to celebrate his birthday. I wrote note to the hotel the reason why we going to the hotel. Hotel asked me about him such as his age and what he likes. few days before we get there.
When we got our room he was so~happy. There were balloons and small gift with cookies. What is more, birthday card for him. My boy had best birthday ever~!!

It was within walking distance of some of Montreal's main attractions, and the metro station is located right in front of the hotel so it was easy to get around. The noise was unfortunate when going up and down the stairs. It would also be nice if disposable slippers were provided.โ
โExcellent location. The most friendly and helpful staff ever. There are 3 steps going into the hotel if you are mobility challenged, but good elevator once in. The breakfast area is also down some steps.
Getting there was an issue because taxi and uber can't drive within blocks of this hotel due to road renovation. Have to drag your luggage over pads, steel pads, and gravel to get to the hotel. The hotel does have a taxi service that will come get your luggage and help you get to the taxi...
"Conveniently located from the airport bus (747) stop --- less than 100m. Hotels staffs are kind to the guests. European style breakfast is good and rooms have facilities for cooking. However, the facility is somewhat old and the toilet lid keeps falling down on its own. I had to use tape to hold it."
