"The staff were excellent. Check in was dealt with quickly and easily with the female receptionist thankfully speaking English. The room itself was spacious, well-equipped and clean. Location could not be faulted and very little noise for it being right on the Gran Via. "

"The room was clean and the staff was excellent. They took care of our delayed luggages when it was delivered by the airline days before we arrived. I like the common area at the 5th floor. The only con I have was the 2nd room we stayed needs some repair. The glass panel that serves as an end table were coming off the rack. The window can noy be shut completely.But I will stay at this hotel.as it has great location too."

"Great location within easy walking distance to main attractions. Room was clean with everything we needed and a comfortable bed. Staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast selection available until 11 which is ideal for a restful holiday. Would love to return. "
