โOur family had a fantastic last-minute stay at Hotel Providence. The location canโt be beat; it is in walking distance from almost anything you could want to do in Providence. Our room (two queen beds) was clean, spacious and comfortable. The โcontinentalโ breakfast buffet was nicer than a typical continental breakfast, with several hot options and lots of fresh fruit. I would absolutely stay here again!โ
โI love the property! The area wasn't great, but the inside was really unique and eclectic. The furnishings are simple. For a no-fuss stay, definitely come here. I felt very safe even though the area had graffiti. โ

The engineer then spent another 30 minutes tryingโand failingโto fix it. Thatโs a full hour of our travel time wasted because of the hotelโs lack of maintenance.
Despite all this, the front desk still didnโt offer a single word of apology. Instead, they claimed the new room was an โupgrade,โ even though it was on the second floor with a terrible view. Frankly, that felt like a weak excuse rather than any form of customer service.
This experience was unacceptable. I will absolutely not be returning to this hotel, and I strongly advise others to look elsewhere. Poor service, poor communication, and no accountability"
