“Excellent location. Centrally located between theatre Royal carpark and the hoe. 5 minute walk either direction. Check-in details weren't provided until after 3pm so don't panic when you don't have them in the morning. Generally all clean and tidy.
Unfortunately had a terrible night's sleep due to the room being so warm, noise outside as it's right on the busy main road, all internal doors have strong closers so doors continually banging throughout the night as other guests came and when...

“We received a vety friendly welcome and help to take our luggage upstairs. The room was clean and spacious. The ensuite looked in pristine condition and the shoeer was easy to usecand vety good. Breakfast had a number of cooked choices as well as the continental self service. Iverall the staff at the Drake made us very welcome and very comfortable. The jotel is well positioned for the Hoe, Barbican and Railway Station.”
