"This was our first time staying at Poconos Villa, and the place exceeded our expectations. We had the 3 bedroom condo, and it was very spacious, probably recently renovated, and clean. It made us wish we had a place of our very own like it. The villa included a resort fee, which was affordable. There were a couple of things we didn’t like about our place. First, it was a bit dusty; we could tell because my husband is highly sensitive to dust, which made him sneeze a lot and felt unwell. It was a good thing, we brought allergy meds though, and that took care of it. The second thing was the wall connecting to the other room was not sound proof, so we heard all the neighbor’s noise.
Just a little warning, people at concierge will offer you to attend an hour meeting in order to sell a time-share property. However, they were very professional and not pushy.
My family and I will definitely come back and stay there again."
