"Very disappointing stay. I arrived on May 23 with my three children and didn't get a room until nearly 7 PM. We went to the front desk three times and were repeatedly told the room was still pending. Eventually, we asked staff to physically check the room, and they found it was actually ready. We lost about 2.5 hours waiting and missed the water park that day.
Camelback waived parking and gave us three arcade cards, but that didn't make up for the inconvenience. When I asked about reimbursement, I was told nothing could be be done because I booked through Expedia.
There were additional issues: housekeeping never serviced our room, the shower handle kept falling off, and the buffet was overpriced for the quality of the food.
This was my second stay. The first time I waited about an hour for a room; this time was much worse. Waiting hours for a room with three small children is unacceptable. Between the delay, maintenance issues, and poor service, I don't see myself returning to Aquatopia."
