"I was there for 3 days and they didn’t clean the room, i call from desk and I sent a text and the number that they gave it to me and they say yes we will clean your room, but nobody shut up. I had to be calling every day to get clean towels. "

"The room had an odor and eventhoufh it’s a landmark building with some renovations, there were not enough outlets, no coffee pot just sat on table nowhere near an outlet to plug up and make coffee. Complimentary water should be available not just $5 bottle in room. The hallways need air freshener. It just gives old vibe overall."

"My only complaint is that I felt like the room would be larger. That being said the stay was still very comfortable for my wife and I. Location was great. Definitely has an old time charm. Didn’t have to interact much with staff but the few times I did it was a pleasant interaction. I would stay here again. "
