"I don’t usually leave reviews. But this place is not it. The beds are terrible. Mattress is extremely uncomfortable and the bedding is disgusting. And despite how they word it on Expedia there is NO parking associated with this hotel. "

"Clean as Clean can be when it comes to a great hotel, I enjoyed it so much I stayed on the 28th floor and I hate heights but loved every moment and yes I was comfortable with being that high up , the only thing I wish I would of knew more of was about the rooftop , when I stayed it was my Bday weekend and Unfortunately there was a private party which you could have paid ($30 a head) but the music upstairs wasn’t fitting for my vibe , NOW the lobby was a hit! I mean it was just amazing even if it was the first time they had a DJ BRING HIM BACK! "

"Fantastic staff; very helpful when I had a problem. The elevator was having issues, and I had an unfortunate roommate (watching horror movies all night but hiding when security showed up) but the bed linens were great and the room smelled clean. The shower kinda leaked all over the bathroom, which was unfortunate. I also didn’t know that I could get towels; I wasn’t given any automatically when I checked in. (It was late at night; they may have forgotten.)"

"All staff we encountered were great. Housekeeping staff were very pleasant and greeted us each time we would pass them in the hall or elevator. The server at the hotel restaurant was wonderful and very attentive too. The room was clean, except there were about a dozen or so fruit flies. The condition of the wallpaper, tub, etc. is worn, but the room itself was comfortable. The thermostat worked. The room darkening shades were great. The pool had a view of the city buildings. Neat sky window. The water didn’t seem very clean, as we couldn’t see past our torsos or our feet. Very slippery wet floor. There is a glass wall between the pool and gym. Just be aware the outside traffic can be loud with police and fire truck sirens and cars honking horns, but I would imagine this would be an issue at any hotel in the busy area. One negative is the hotel parking. It is $65 to self park in the garage or $70 for valet. Wish we would’ve just valet parked. The parking garage is very tight and narrow. We had to go down some stairs with our luggage to get to the elevator that takes you down to the lobby. When taking the elevator to your room, you must swipe your room key first and then hit the floor number. We never experienced this before and wound up riding up and down a few times. Good security measure though. We did feel safe at this hotel and only went out during the day. The hotel is in great walking distance to stores. "

"Our stay was ok. It was very crowded and we could hear the family in the room next door. Because it was crowded, you had to wait for elevators for a while. Or ride on completely packed elevators. Especially in the morning during breakfast hours. Water pressure is extremely weak in the shower. Room was big and comfortable. "
