The staff were very professional and when I was shown my room on the first floor (travelling alone) I asked for something higher up and was given a lovely quiet room on the 5th floor with a view. "Service is very good. From doorman, reception. They very helpfull and always smile. The room is good with good aminities (but i cant find a toothbrush). The location just a few step from milan central station and tram station (via settembrini stop). They gave us a bag drop even 1 days before our check in date. And after we check in, our luggage had already in our room so very good service from this hotel. Despite the milan central area I feel not safe on the late night, but I love this hotel...

"The location was amazing (we were in the building in front of the duomo). Even though we were on the 6th floor, there was noise from the street of the tram that works all night. Even with windows closed- it is still loud. We are deep sleepers so it was ok, but if you are a light sleeper- it will definitely bother you. The apartment was great, would be great if the towels could be changed at least once in the 3 night we were there. They weren't changed at all. "
