"Very convenient, updated and clean. Great breakfast with hot and cold selections. 24 hr espresso machine was a plus!"

"A great hotel for exploring Milan, as it is right by a metro station and not far from the station. Staff were exceptionally helpful; they agreed that I could move room straightaway (my original room was by the lift and in a passage that led to the rooftop bar) and I requested a quieter room. My room was not big, but perfectly adequate. There was plenty of choice at breakfast. The room had a mini fridge, which I found useful. I was hoping to swim in the pool - I did, but be aware that the pool is very small and shallow. I had a great stay at the hotel - thank you to all the staff."

"We loved the location and hotel. Our only frustration was having leftover food that we were hoping to sit and eat before the next day check out. We went to sit in the outdoor table area but bartender told us we cannot sit there. It’s I guess for only drinks and food from the hotel dining restaurant. So there was no where to sit and eat except the bed or little desk area in the room."

"Be careful with your timing of your arrival if you are coming from the US, or I guess anywhere from NA or SA. Flights land pretty early in the morning but the hotel does not 'guarantee" room occupancy until 2PM. At least they don't when you book via Expedia, as I arrived at 11am was told my room just needed to be cleaned, waited 2 hours and saw so many people come in and get rooms ahead of me. I only got in to my room after 2 hours because I finally confronted the desk person and said I don't care what room I get just give me one. And I am also a Marriot Bonvoy member, So be careful or you will end up jet lagged and unhappy like I was. Never been treated like this before. Very disappointing."
