The hotel was decent but the reception wasn’t open 24 hours so if you’re arriving late (around 11pm or so), you’ll always have to knock and wake up whoever is in there. There was one night that I almost didn’t get into the hotel because no one was at the reception and the main door was locked. Luckily, a woman who was also staying there arrived and called his boyfriend and unlocked the door for us from the inside. There was also a small spark or kind of a little explosion in one of the sockets in my room. I went to the receptionist but no one was there and waited for more than 30 minutes. A guest who happened to be an electrician helped me out. I decided to transfer hotels after 4 nights of stay.

Buen hotel para salir del paso. Una noche pero con muchas deficiencias. Excaso en toallas de baño. No había calefacción y hacía frío. Para entrar al establecimiento había que llamar a un teléfono y esperar que salieran las personas en vez de poder entrar y salir libremente. La llave de mi habitación, abría también todas las habitaciones de mi pasillo, me di cuenta por error, fui probando y vi que podía entrar en cualquiera igual que cualquiera podría haber entrado en la mía.. Tuve suerte de que cuando me alojé yo no había nadie más en él hotel, pero eso realmente me dejó muy desconcertado.

La gérante de l'hôtel ne parle que galicien. A l'arrivée, elle a rejeté directement notre réservation expédia nous faisant croire qu'elle ne travaille pas avec eux. Nous avons dû appeler en renfort une amie galicienne pour avoir notre chambre. Nous avions réservé une chambre pour 3, on a finalement eu une chambre pour 2 avec la promesse d'un troisième lit pour le lendemain!. Il a fallu aller chercher un lit nous même dans une autre chambre pour pouvoir coucher notre ado. La clim, le wifi, le réfrigérateur, et une lampe de chevet ne fonctionnaient pas. Pour rentrer le soir, il faut se faire ouvrir la porte car pas de système d'ouverture automatique. Nous n'avons pas eu de problème avec ça mais un autre couple a dû dormir dans sa voiture la semaine précédente. Il faut demander pour que les serviettes soient changées et pour avoir du papier toilette.Sinon, les chambres sont plutôt bien, le lit confortable. On a fini par sympathiser un peu avec la gérante, mais sans amis pour faire la traduction au début, je crois que nous n'aurions pas eu de chambre alors que l'hôtel était à moitié vide.

La habitación estaba bien amplia y en general cómoda . Lo que estuvo fatal el recibimiento la recepción estaba sin gente tuvimos que llamar a dos teléfonos hasta que apareciese una persona al cabo de mucho tiempo eran las 1,45 y no tenían ninguna habitacion preparada a pesar de estar todas libres y en cima la señora se puso muy histérica. En resumen un hotel con muy mala dirección y para no volver una pena

TERRIBLE HOTEL

Estuve 20 min en recepción y no salió nadie... perdí mi dinero porque tuve que regresar a esa hora y manejar dos horas. El hotel y su atención PÉSIMA, atención que nunca llegó. Me deberían regresar mi dinero.
