“Thought it was a bit cheeky to be told at Check In Continental breakfast was included but cooked breakfast wasn't and had to be paid for in addition.”

“Parking was fine, bar was OK. We were furious to learn, on checking in, that breakfast could not be served until 9.30am (on a Monday?..come on!). We had to be on our way by 7.30. This was totally unacceptable, as this information was not provided in the booking details. The best resolve we could get was a 20% discount on the evening meal. (Whilst the breakfast was noted as 'free' in the booking details, we know the cost is obviously included in the cost of the room).”

The morning we checked out something nauseating that smelled like poo had been sprayed or dumped nearby and it assaulted our noses upon exiting the building. Glad we were leaving that day as we would have been stuck inside. Also, our bathroom towel bar and fan were not working. The outside patio lights need to have a switch to...
