"Really good experience
Upgrade to the deluxe larger room is well worth it.
Really nice room and space.
Spa is great. Very chilled out hotel.
Restaurant is also good and accommodating to dietary needs"
"We booked and drove straight there during the heatwave. Our home was busy hitting 30 degrees. This room was perfect. The air conditioning was heavenly. It was so good we didn’t explore the rest of the hotel. Would return."
"i have mixed views on this hotel. welcome area and staff member that welcomed us in was excellent. she was very friendly, informative and this part of the hotel was well maintained and clean. our room was good, bed big and comfortable. however the spa facilities were not great. the area surrounding the pool was very small so not any loungers and only a few chairs so no where to sit and relax. the sauna was very hot, and steam room was good. the changing rooms were dirty and the floor especially needed a deep clean. the gym was a tiny box room with a handful of weights and i spent 15 mins in there and as there was 3 other people in there it meant it was we had paid for breakfast which was very good and plenty of choice. overall i was disappointed with the 'spa' facilities which were below expectations."
"Good hotel. Room surprisingly cool despite hot weather. We did not have an air con room as non left but with 2 fans we slept well
Nice outdoor area in shad3 where we had dinner
Helpful staff"
"Very dog friendly stay, dog allowed everywhere. Excellent crockery pitch across the small bridge for dog exercise and poo bin by entrance to hotel. Breakfast was great, though no cereal which was odd. Rooms well equipped, kettle and nespresso coffee maker, plus both still and sparkling water with fresh milk in the pantry (where there are also top ups of tea, coffee and water plus ice). Second time here and we'll be back again"
"Staff were really friendly and helpful. Our room was lovely and breakfast was great. We were even able to take our little dog with us for breakfast as they have a private area for dogs."
