"Overall layout of the property was good, the bedroom was acceptable and clean. Problem with the Airconditioning which resulted in having to spend 3 hours in our room with 2 electricians in attendance. As an

resort we were presented with 2 bottles of water in the bedroom fridge for the duration of our stay. Upon requesting more water we were told that we would need to purchase additional water, THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. I would not recommend this resort to anyone. "

"Nice hotel. Breakfast was great, a lot of (the same) options every day. Very busy place with a lot of young people having fun but it was quiet at night to sleep (pool closes at 8 pm). I travelled with my 11-year old autistic and nonverbal son and a friend, and the hotel was still family-friendly. Staff were very friendly too. Nice location. Very close to the airport. Several restaurants and grocery stores nearby too to eat and drink. Drinks at the hotel were expensive. Not close enough to the beach by walk, it's better to get a taxi to go to the Ushuaia beach. "
