“Out in the countryside with a lovely evening breeze to cool things down. Very roomy with a good kitchen. Comfy bed , nice outside area to eat. Pleasant host. El Pattina in Olmeda was a fabulous place to eat.”

“We booked thinking this was 2 star but it’s definitely a 3 star hotel so we were pleasantly surprised. The ‘spa’ bit is €40/hr private hire and downstairs, no windows so we gave that a skip. The room with balcony and sea view was lovely with a fridge but no kettle. We didn’t partake in €12 pp breakfast. There is a bar/restaurant on 5th floor with sea views and an amazing astroturf roof terrace on 6th floor with lots of seating -again a really lovely surprise. All in all I couldn’t work out why...

“Elisabetta was a wonderful hostess. She was very helpful in suggestions for places to see in the area. Breakfast was a great variety of items, including a few Sardinian things that I had never had, and the coffee was delicious. The place was convenient to the historic area of Alghero, close parking, quiet and comfortable.”
