It was wonderful staff especially Leonardo were unbelievably accommodating. My luggage was lost at airport and he immediately took over and got it delivered to the hotel in a day The staff is wonderful and so welcoming Would go back again in a heartbeat

Absolutely wonderful stay at the Palazzo Murat. The best hotel we have ever stayed in. Nothing is too much trouble - you only have to ask and whatever you need is done for you. Spotlessly clean and the gardens are beautiful, as is the pool area. We couldn’t recommend this hotel highly enough!

Absolutely incredible hotel. An oasis right in the center of Positano. Leonardo, Elena and the entire team make you feel like you’re home every time you walk in the door. So kind and helpful. On top of that, they have an amazing restaurant, open air lounge, and pool. If we come back we will stay here guaranteed. Mille Grazie Palazzo Murat!

Outstanding hotel and service. The room and bed was very comfortable, and you are in the heart of Positano. They have a very comfortable garden and courtyard for dining and relaxing, and an outstanding restaurant. Strongly recommend for a comfortable stay in Positano.
