"When we checked in they charged my card, then told us our room was on the second floor with no elevator. I explained that I was a senior with stair issues. Upon going up the stairs I fell so hard that two guest heard it and came out to see what happened. I called down to the front desk and I was told there was nothing can be done. We checked out the next morning asking for a refund for the second night, because I can't deal with the steps. I was told that there was nothing can be done, But they would tell the manager. I asked to complete a insurance incident report and was told they don't have those. I will be visiting my doctor upon my return home."
